The Court notes that since the District Judge stayed previously set discovery deadlines until further order from the court [Dkt. 418], the Court will not set a briefing schedule on Plaintiffs' motion to compel [Dkt. 412] at this time. The Court does, however, expect the parties to informally engage in any discovery they need to facilitate the upcoming 9/10/2026 settlement conference. The Court will set a briefing schedule on Plaintiffs' motion to compel [Dkt. 412], along with a reset general discovery schedule in this matter, if the case does not settle at the 9/10/2026 settlement conference. ORDER: Upon review of the parties' Joint Status Report Re Bankruptcy (Doc. 132 ), and with good cause appearing, the parties' request to continue the stay is GRANTED. The stay in this matter is extended an additional 60 days, to and including August 21, 2026. The parties must submit a joint status report on or before August 11, 2026, updating the Court on the status of the bankruptcy proceedings and the effect on this litigation.
