Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr: On July 17, 2026, the Court held a Telephonic Status and Discovery Conference before Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr. Defendants Rehabilitation Associates of Indiana, Sandy Lee, and Denise Fischer appeared by counsel. Pro se Plaintiff Ajia Howard failed to appear. Ms. Howard is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing and within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Entry, why she failed to appear for the July 17, 2026, conference. Failure to timely and adequately respond may result in sanctions. The conference proceeded and the Court inquired as to the general status of the case and the Parties' ongoing discovery dispute concerning documents Ms. Howard received from non-party Paycor Inc. ("Paycor"), in response to a nonparty subpoena. Defendants' counsel represented that Ms. Howard confirmed she received documents from Paycor and has repeatedly stated to counsel for Defendants that she would provide them to counsel but has not done so. Given that Ms. Howard was not present to state any objection, Ms. Howard is ORDERED to produce all documents she received from Paycor to Defendants by July 31, 2026. If Ms. Howard fails to timely produce the documents, Defendants may file an appropriate discovery motion. Because the deadline for Ms. Howard's production of the non-party documents falls after the current dispositive motions deadline, Defendants orally moved to extend that deadline. Defendants' oral motion to extend the dispositive motion deadline is GRANTED, and the dispositive motions deadline is hereby extended to August 28, 2026. Copy mailed per distribution list. Signed by Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr. (MJL) (Entered: 07/20/2026)
