AMENDED CLERK'S JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pursuant to the Court's Order filed April 26, 2024, judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendants. Plaintiffs shall have and recover from Defendants Wahoo's, Inc., Stan Fairbanks, and Lisa Fairbanks, jointly and severally, the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00), less any payments actually made and honored pursuant to the Settlement Agreement. Defendants Wahoo's, Inc., Stan Fairbanks, and Lisa Fairbanks, and their respective officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and all persons in active concert or participation with any of them, are hereby permanently enjoined and restrained from infringing, in any manner, the copyrighted musical compositions licensed by Broadcast Music, Inc.; information pertaining to said musical compositions can be found at www.bmi.com. 17 U.S.C. § 502. This Court shall retain jurisdiction for purpose of enforcing this Judgment. (KLG)
