ORDERED that plaintiff's Motion, [Dkt. No. 12], is GRANTED IN PART; however, plaintiff's Motion is DENIED IN PART as to local counsel's request to withdraw because local counsel has not provided any good reason for release from continuing to represent plaintiff. All local counsel are expected to be as able as lead counsel to represent their clients should lead counsel be unavailable. Furthermore, because defendant's pending Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) (Motion to Dismiss) has been fully briefed by plaintiff's current counsel, the request to postpone arguments on the Motion to Dismiss for 60 days is DENIED; and it is hereby ORDERED that the Court will hear oral argument on defendant's Motion to Dismiss, [Dkt.
