   MINUTE ORDER: The Court has reviewed the 202 Joint Status Report. All deadlines between now and October 5, 2026, are suspended, except that pursuant to the parties' agreement: (1) the parties shall continue in their efforts to secure the appropriate medical and billing records for M.A.; (2) Defendants must complete by September 30 their supplementation of the discovery responses at issue in Plaintiff's motion for sanctions (ECF No. 146 ) and the Court's Order and Recommendation regarding the same (ECF No. 197 ); (3) Plaintiff must respond to Defendant Namdar Realty Ltd's First Set of Discovery; and (4) the parties may agree upon and indeed are encouraged to exchange any other discovery that would help the parties reach resolution during the upcoming mediation. The Court will not set a pre-mediation hearing to address discovery issues that may become moot if the parties reach resolution. However, if the matter does not resolve at mediation, the parties shall submit a joint status report no later than October 5, 2026, with an update on matters and three agreed-upon dates for a status conference. The Court intends to implement a discovery plan designed to restore Plaintiff to the position she would have occupied absent Defendants' serious discovery violations. Defendants will not be permitted to re-start discovery. The remaining discovery will be primarily directed toward giving Plaintiff what she needs to move this case to resolution.
