ORDER regarding 73 Defendants' Joint Motion for Extension of Remaining Deadlines in Scheduling Order. At the March 30, 2023 Telephone Conference, after discussion with the parties concerning among other things Plaintiff's potential future treatment, and for good cause shown, the Court held in abeyance all remaining deadlines except the parties' Rule 35 examination deadline. Defendants are hereby granted an extension, until July 15, 2023, in which to complete Plaintiff's Rule 35 examination. Further, upon Plaintiff's oral motion, the Court granted an extension of Plaintiff's expert disclosure deadline and held the deadline in abeyance. The parties shall file a joint status report and/or a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice within two weeks of the completion of the Rule 35 examination. Signed by Magistrate Judge Teresa J.
