MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 47) is GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART. The Motion is denied only with respect to the allegations of race discrimination based on unequal working conditions in Kuw ait in Count I; the Motion is otherwise granted; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file any amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the entry of this Memorandum Opinion and Order. Plaintiff is advised that, if Plaintiff fails to file an Amended Complaint by that date, the Court will view Plaintiff as proceeding only with respect to the limited remaining aspect of Count I.
