Order
ORDER. On June 16, Plaintiffs filed a "Notice" purporting to "dismiss" "Defendants Mark K. Worthge, Lydia Ko, Quintin Lucas, the State of California, the Board of the 9th Circuit, and Litchfield Cavo LLP" from this action [See Doc. 124 at 2]. Rule 21 controls where, as here, parties seek to drop a "party" from the larger action. See< Letherer v. Alger Grp., 328 F.3d 262, 266 (6th Cir. 2003); see Fed. R. Civ. P. 21 ("On motion or on its own, the court may at any time, on just terms, add or drop a party"). Because the terms are just and no party opposed dropping Defendants Mark K. Worthge, Lydia Ko, Quintin Lucas, the State of California, the Board of the 9th Circuit, and Litchfield Cavo LLP, the Court DROPS those Defendants from the action under Rule 21. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 21; E.D. Tenn. L.R. 7.2. Signed by District Judge Katherine A. Crytzer on 7/6/2026. This docket entry constitutes the complete order of the Court. (RRG)
