   PAPERLESS ORDER granting 65 Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint. Plaintiffs shall separately file the proposed First Amended Complaint [DE 65-1] no later than Monday, August 17, 2026.

   Upon review of the docket, the Court notes that no counsel currently appears for any Defendant. Defendant Capital Max Group, LLC, as an artificial entity, may not appear pro se and must be represented by counsel. See Palazzo v. Gulf Oil Corp., 764 F.2d 1381, 1385 (11th Cir. 1985). Accordingly, on or before August 21, 2026, counsel shall enter an appearance on behalf of Defendant Capital Max Group, LLC, and each Defendant shall file an answer to the amended complaint on or before August 31, 2026. No further extensions will be granted.

   If Defendant Capital Max Group, LLC fails to timely appear through counsel, and/or if any Defendant fails to timely answer, Plaintiffs shall move for the Clerk's entry of default against the noncompliant Defendant on or before September 3, 2026.
