ENDORSED ORDER granting 60 plaintiffs' and defendants' joint motion to stay this action pending the resolution of the appeal in the underlying state-court case. On the first business day of January 2027 and quarterly thereafter, the parties shall jointly file a report discussing the history and status of the appeal. Within 30 days of the resolution of the appeal--by mandate, dismissal, or otherwise--the parties shall file a motion to lift or maintain this stay and propose next steps in this action.
