TEXT ORDER: The parties' request for an extension of the discovery deadlines is GRANTED. Discovery deadlines are extended according to the Court's Second Amended Scheduling Order. The parties shall expeditiously complete all remaining fact discovery without further delay by the operative deadlines. In the meantime, the parties shall prioritize settlement discussions. No later than November 17, 2026, the parties shall file a joint letter not to exceed five (5) pages summarizing the status of the case and settlement.
