Because this Court lost jurisdiction over this case once the Clerk refused to enter the Entry of Default, any orders entered thereafter (including the July 2, 2026 Dismissal Order (Dkt 12) are deemed VOID and a NULLITY. There is no statute of limitations for Fraud Upon the Court and Extrinsic Fraud. Therefore, the Plaintiffs' claims cannot be barred.
