Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
PAPERLESS ORDER denying without prejudice 306 Agreed Motion to Dismiss All Claims Against the Williams Defendants and to Certify that All Issues Against All Defendants Have Been Resolved ("Motion"). Considering the procedural posture of this case and the jurisdictional defect identified by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals concerning the disposition of Count 9, which prevented appellate review, I find that the Motion does not provide sufficient clarity regarding the relief sought or the procedural basis for that relief. The Motion also contains several errors and drafting deficiencies that further hinder my ability to discern the precise relief sought. I find that a clear and complete record is necessary before further relief is considered. Accordingly, the Motion is denied without prejudice to the filing of a renewed motion that explains the relevant procedural history, identifies the specific claims and parties affected, clearly states the relief sought, and attaches a proposed order and/or proposed final judgment, as appropriate. The parties are directed to ensure that any renewed motion is carefully reviewed and clearly drafted. The renewed motion shall be filed on or before Monday, July 6, 2026.
