   (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: On August 14, 2025, the Court issued an Order staying this case pending final resolution of Donley v. Live Nation Entertainment Inc, et al., No. 2:23-cv-06343-KK-ASx (the "Securities Action"). (Dkt. 32 ). On August 28, 2025, the Court entered judgment approving the class action settlement in the Securities Action. On June 1, 2026, the parties filed a joint status report requesting an extension of the stay for 90 days "at which time the Parties will submit an updated status report to the Court." (Dkt. 37 ). To date, the parties have not filed an additional status report. Accordingly, no later than five (5) days from the date of this Order, the parties shall file a joint status report. The parties are expressly warned that failure to comply may result in sanctions, including dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with court orders. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
