Minutes of proceedings [non-document] Second session of mediation conference conducted via Zoom videoconferencing on 11/30/21 at 12:00 p.m. Attorney Thomas C. Stringer for plaintiff and counter-defendant Calvin Adkins, who was also present on his own behalf; attorney Michael E. Reardon on behalf of involuntary plaintiff and counter-claimant Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation; and attorneys Karen E. Swanson-Haan and Sara E. DeCaro for defendant the United States of America. After lengthy negotiations, the parties reached resolution of all claims in the case. Counsel recited for the record the material terms of their settlement agreement, and all the parties agreed to those terms. Counsel to file the notice of dismissal with prejudice of all claims. To the extent additional time is needed to finalize settlement documents, the parties must request such extension from the District Judge. It is hereby ORDERED that the transcript of these proceedings must remain under seal, and shall be reproduced only with prior approval from the Court. Referral for purposes of mediation is terminated. (3.25 hrs). (M,MT)
