(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER AND NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES by Judge Cynthia Valenzuela: In light of the Notice of Settlement 24 filed by the parties, indicating that the case has settled in its entirety and that the parties are finalizing their written settlement agreement, this action is placed in inactive status. By October 5, 2026, the parties shall file either (1) a stipulation and proposed order for dismissal of the action or judgment, or (2) a motion to reopen if settlement has not been completed. Should the parties fail to timely comply with this Order, this action shall be deemed dismissed as of October 5, 2026. All deadlines and hearings are VACATED. Amended Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge
AMENDED ORDER REFERRING CASE TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE. Order that case be referred to the Clerk of Court for assignment to a Magistrate Judge for Settlement, Dispositive Motion (i.e., motion requiring a Report and Recommendation) Particular Motion: Dkts. 850-60. Referred to Magistrate Judge Barbara C. Moses. On December 8, 2023, the parties in the above-captioned action entered into a Settlement Framework Agreement ("Agreement"). The Agreement contained a dispute resolution clause providing that any outstanding claims involving legal or factual disputes be submitted to the Magistrate Judge. Accordingly, the Court refers the outstanding claims identified in Dkts. 850-60 to the Magistrate Judge for resolution.
