ORDER REQUIRING JOINT SCHEDULING REPORT AND CERTIFICATES OF INTERESTED PARTIES Joint Scheduling Report, certificates of interested parties and corporate disclosure statements due by 9/15/2026. Signed by Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz, II on 8/25/2026. See attached document for full details. (mee)
Order Striking
PAPERLESS ORDER STRIKING 98 Amended Complaint.
Plaintiff has filed numerous amended pleadings in this case, several--like [D.E. 98]--without leave of court. Plaintiff did not move for leave to amend prior to filing [D.E. 98] and the Reports and Recommendations on the existing motions to dismiss Plaintiff's "10th" amended complaint are still outstanding; the expedited objections period has not even closed.
Further, Plaintiff has had at least two amendments denied or stricken because continuous amendments would "not necessarily lead to speedy and efficient resolution of the action," given the pending motions to dismiss and the effect of continuous amendments. [D.E. 68]; see also [D.E. 82 (granting motion to strike amended complaint because "no good cause has been shown otherwise why a further amendment should be granted")]. This amended complaint is stricken for the same reasons.
Signed by Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres on 8/25/2026. (kgb)
