ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 11) and Motion to Stay (ECF No. 14). Plaintiff has since filed a First Amended Complaint within the timeframe in which a party may amend its pleading as a matter of course, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(1)(B). (ECF No. 15). In light of the amended complaint, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss directed to the original complaint is now moot. For the same reasons, Defendant's Motion to Stay is also now moot. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Stay (ECF No. 14 ) is DENIED as moot.
