EO: ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART PLAINTIFFS' REQUEST FOR A CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
  On May 15, 2026, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative, Stay, the Second Cause of Action of the Third Amended Complaint ("Motion"). [Dkt. no. 348.] The Motion is scheduled for a video teleconference hearing on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. [Minute Order - EO: Order Setting Briefing Schedule, filed 5/27/26 (dkt. no. 352).] On June 24, 2026, Plaintiffs submitted a letter requesting that a case management conference be scheduled either on the same date as the hearing on the Motion or on the next date that this Court is available ("Letter Request"). [Dkt. no. 358.]
  Plaintiffs' Letter Request is DENIED insofar as this Court finds that a case management conference is not appropriate at this time. Plaintiffs' Letter Request is GRANTED insofar as this Court will hold a status conference immediately following the hearing on the Motion. The status conference will address the issue of when a case management conference should be scheduled.
  IT IS SO ORDERED.
