MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: ORDER DENYING EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR STIPULATED JUDGMENT 84 . On May 29, 2026, Plaintiff Chloe Villano filed an Ex Parte Application for Stipulated Judgment.Through her Ex Parte Application, Plaintiff now seeks to accomplish exactly what theCourt already declined to do. Specifically, Plaintiff asks the Court to enter judgment for the remainder of Defendants "amount due under the parties' settlement agreement after Defendants "defaulted under the terms of the settlement agreement by failing to timely make agreed upon payments." (Ex Parte Appl. 3.) Plaintiff attempts to convert this action, which has been closedfor nearly a year, into a breach of contract action. As the Court previously noted, "the parties have settled the disputes raised in this action" and "[p]erformance of the settlement agreement is not at issue in this action." (Min. Order 12.) Accordingly, Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application is DENIED. (SEE DOCUMENT FOR ALL SPECIFICS AS DISCUSSED HEREIN). (lc)
