Scheduling Order Status Report Order
ORDER: Having reviewed and considered the 7/8/2026 status report of the Receiver and Mr. Camara, ECF No. 365 , the parties' request therein to extend briefing on the merits of Mr. Camara's motion to intervene, ECF No. 304 , is granted-in-part and denied-in-part. A telephonic conference to discuss the parties' positions on the motion, ECF No. 304 , is scheduled before the undersigned for 7/21/2026, at 9:45 AM. The Receiver must file its response on the merits on or before 7/23/2026. Mr. Camara may reply to the Receiver's response on or before 8/3/2026. No additional extension of time for briefing on the merits will be granted.
The Receiver and Mr. Camara must attend the 7/21/2026 telephonic conference. The remaining parties may participate, but they are not required to attend. To gain access to the ZoomGov audio conferencing system, counsel and/or any pro se parties are to dial 1-646-828-7666 and then enter meeting ID 16121901090 and press the pound key. When asked for a participant ID, counsel and/or pro se parties are to press the pound key and then enter passcode 091622 and press the pound key. Please note that your microphone will be automatically muted when you enter the virtual conference room. If another conference is underway, please remain on mute until the case is called. At that time, you may unmute your microphone by pressing *6 on your keypad.
