OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons the Court GRANTS Defendant Spurlock's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) and Defendant AISD's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 12 ) without prejudice. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to amend. Plaintiff should file any amended complaint within 21 days of the date of this order.
