/// ORDER re: 24 Motion to Vacate. The court grants Aboussa's motion insofar as the court deems Aboussa's objection (doc. no. 24-1) to have been filed on July 6, 2023, and vacates its prior order approving the report and recommendation without objection.The court has considered the report and recommendation de novo in light of the objection. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(3). Having given due consideration to Aboussa's objection, the court again approves and adopts the report and recommendation, grants the motions to dismiss filed by Keystone (doc. no. 15) and the United States (doc. no. 18), and directs the clerk to enter judgment in accordance with this order and close the case.
