ORDER SETTING the following case management schedule: Initial disclosures are due by 7/13/2026. Fact discovery motions to be filed by 10/13/2026. Parties are to seek leave to amend pleadings or add any additional parties or claims by 11/13/2026. Fact Discovery is to be completed by 1/11/2027. Expert reports due by 3/1/2027. Rebuttal expert reports due 4/2/2027. Expert Discovery to be completed by 6/3/2027. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due by 7/9/2027. Dispositive Motions are due by 9/10/2027. ORDER: Striking Pretrial Order deadline. The Court advises the parties that they must schedule a telephone conference with Judge Beckerman before filing any discovery motion. If a discovery dispute arises, the party requesting relief should e-mail a summary of the dispute to SBpropdoc@ord.uscourts.gov. Bennett P. Dalton present as counsel for plaintiff.
