Plaintiff's Rule 59(e) MOTION to Vacate Dismissal, Reinstate Action, Extend Time for Service and Authorize Service by Publication by Mashiach C Lassiter. (KCW) (Entered: 09/04/2026)
Order
ORDER: In January 2026, Plaintiff Mashiach Lassiter filed this pro se action against Defendant The DiLorenzo Law Firm. (See doc. 1 ). The court ordered Mr. Lassiter to provide an address for service and warned him that "failure to provide an accurate address that allows the Marshals to properly serve the defendant may result in dismissal of this action." (Doc. 11 ). Mr. Lassiter provided two addresses to serve the defendant. (Doc. 15 ). The U.S. Marshals attempted service at both addresses, but both attempts were unsuccessful because the addresses were incorrect. (Docs. 23 , 28 ). The court therefore DISMISSES this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Mr. Lassiter's failure to comply with the court's order. Signed by Judge Annemarie Carney Axon on 8/26/2026. (KCW) (Entered: 08/26/2026)
