PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Warner Chappell Music, Inc.'s ("Defendant") Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply, ECF No. 287 , Regarding Joint Motion to Lift Stay for the Purpose of Filing a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice, ECF No. 279 . Having reviewed the Motion, the Response, and being otherwise fully advised, the Motion, ECF No. 287 , is GRANTED. Given the lengthy procedural history of this case and the undersigned's relative unfamiliarity with that history, the Court finds that a very brief sur-reply may be beneficial to assist the Court in resolving the pending Motion to Lift Stay, ECF No. 279 . Accordingly, Defendant may file a sur-reply not to exceed three (3) pages in length total. Defendant shall file its sur-reply on the docket no later than June 26, 2026.
