ORDER -- By Memorandum & Order dated October 22, 2025 (the "October 22, 2025 Order"), the Court granted in part and denied in part Plaintiff's letter motion for attorney fees and expenses, ECF No. 173, and awarded Plaintiff attorney's fees in the amount of $65,299.28 and costs in the amount of $5,714.62, for a total award of $71,013.90, to be paid by Defendants jointly and severally. See ECF No. 190. Since issuance of the October 22, 2025 Order, Plaintiff has filed additional motions seeking attorney's fees. See generally docket. In the interest of efficiency, by August 14, 2026, Plaintiff shall file one motion addressing all relief sought, which motion will replace the motions filed at ECF Nos. 208 and 216; by August 21, 2026, Defendants shall file any opposition; and by August 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall file any reply. In light of the above, the extension request filed at ECF No. 217 is denied as moot. The request to withdraw the filing at ECF No. 209, see ECF No. 212, is granted.
