ORDER with respect to 55 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint (Dkt. No. 55 (the "MTA")) in response to the motions to dismiss filed by Defendants Laura & Melinda ("L&M") (Dkt. Nos. 39-40 (the "First MTD")) and 7115 International Inc. ("7115," with L&M, the "Defendants")) (Dkt. Nos. 46-47 (the "Second MTD," together with the First MTD, the "MTDs"))). The Court is also in receipt of L&M's letter indicating it intends to oppose the MTA by July 21, 2026. (Dkt. No. 56). By July 21, 2026, Defendants shall file their responses to the MTA. By July 24, 2026, Plaintiff shall file his reply in further support of the MTA, if any. In the meantime, Plaintiff's deadline to file a response to the MTDs, and Defendants' deadline to file their replies in further support of the MTDs are HELD IN ABEYANCE. SO ORDERED.
