ORDER: The Court intends to deny Appellants' motion to file an amended statement of the issues 14 and to strike the brief filed by Appellants 15 which assumed—without any warrant to do so—that Appellants could proceed with briefing this appeal on the basis of an amended statement of issues, which the Court had not approved. As such, the current briefing schedule is held in abeyance. Further orders explaining the basis for these decisions and resetting the briefing schedule will follow in due course.
