   ORDER: The 72 Motion for Leave to File Third Amended Complaint filed by Plaintiff is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. First, Plaintiff names as Defendants parties that have already been dismissed with prejudice from this lawsuit. Second, Plaintiff fails to properly allege the citizenship of all parties as required to establish this Court's diversity jurisdiction. See, e.g., 28 U.S.C. § 1332(c)(1) ("[A] corporation shall be deemed to be a citizen of every State and foreign state by which it has been incorporated and of the State or foreign state where it has its principal place of business."); Harvey v. Grey Wolf Drilling, 542 F.3d 1077, (5th Cir. 2008) ("[T]he citizenship of a LLC is determined by the citizenship of all of its members."). Because the deadline for amending pleadings has passed, the Court hereby extends that deadline seven (7) days from the date of this Order, or until October 9, 2026, for the limited purpose of allowing Plaintiff to again seek leave to file a Third Amended Complaint that complies with the Court's instructions herein.
