ORDER This matter is referred to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Lynnette C. Kimmins for the limited purpose of conducting a settlement conference. The parties shall contact the Magistrate Judge's chambers at to schedule settlement proceedings. Counsel shall file a Joint Status Report with this Court within ten (10) days of the completion of settlement proceedings indicating the outcome of the Settlement Conference.
