ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' status report. [Doc. 164]. In the report, Defendants state that they intend to file a petition for writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court of the United States. The Court will defer further proceedings in this case until the time for filing has expired. No later than five days after the filing deadline for the petition for certiorari, Defendants are DIRECTED to file a notice with this Court stating whether such a petition has been filed. If Defendants file such a petition and would like a stay of further proceedings pending its resolution, they should file a motion to stay at that time. So ordered by Judge J. P.
