MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 10/24/2025: On October 1, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to show cause, in writing, within seven (7) days, why this case should not be dismissed without prejudice for failure to timely serve Defendants. (ECF No. 5). To date, Plaintiffs have not served Defendants, responded to this Court's Order, nor requested an extension of time to do so. Having considered the factors described in Ferdik v. Bonzelet, 963 F.2d 1258, 1260 (9th Cir. 1992), the Court DISMISSES this case, without prejudice, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b), for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and this Court's orders. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). See also E.D. Cal. L.R. 110. IT IS SO ORDERED. CASE CLOSED. MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 10/1/2025: On April 29, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against Defendants Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and Risk Management Agency. (ECF No. 1 ). On April 30, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to complete service of process on all parties within ninety (90) days of the date of filing of the Complaint. (ECF No. 4 ). To date, Plaintiffs have not advised the Court whether Defendant was properly served as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(l) and have not requested additional time to do so. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall SHOW CAUSE, in writing, within seven (7) days, why this case should not be dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiffs' failure to timely serve Defendants. See Fed. R.
