Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal
STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO F.R.C.P. 41: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Schindler, ICE and PUC (collectively, the "Parties") and/or their respective counsel as follows: 1. The Parties hereby agree that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed without prejudice as to the claims brought by Schindler, pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and subject to the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement executed by the Parties on July 10, 2026 ("Settlement Agreement"). 2. The Parties hereby agree that the above-captioned action is dismissed and discontinued with prejudice as to all other claims, counterclaims, crossclaims, and defenses asserted by or between any of the Parties, pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 3. The Parties so-agree to such discontinuance and dismissal in accordance with the terms and conditions of their Settlement Agreement. 4. This Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement. The Clerk is requested to close this case. So Ordered. (Signed by Judge John G. Koeltl on 9/14/2026) (ks)
