Deadline to submit opening expert reports (on issues where the party bears the burden of proof): August 3, 2026;ii. Deadline to submit rebuttal expert reports: August 21, 2026; and iii. Expert discovery closes: September 11, 2026. Dispositive and Daubert Motions: due by October 12, 2026; Oppositions due by November 2, 2026; Replies due by November 16, 2026.
