MINUTE ORDER (text only) made at the direction of Judge Tana Lin: As the Parties have informed the Court that the external claims that formed the basis of the stay in this matter have now been resolved (Dkt. No. 21 at 2), the stay of this matter is hereby LIFTED. Per the Parties' request (id.), the Court RESETS the following tolled or stricken deadlines: (1) Defendants' deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is RESET to October 1, 2026; (2) the deadline for initial disclosures pursuant to FRCP 26(a)(1) is RESET to November 6, 2026; and (3) the deadline for the Parties to file a Combined Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan as Required by FRCP 26(f) and Local Civil Rule 26(f) is RESET to November 20, 2026.
