STATUS REPORT (Joint) re Selection of Mediator by All Plaintiffs. (CATANZARO, STEPHEN)
Text Order
TEXT ORDER : The Court is in receipt of the parties' letter jointly responding to the Court's May 20, 2026 Order. (D.E. Nos. 311 , 308 ). Having reviewed the parties' arguments and concerns regarding mediation, and mindful of Magistrate Judge Clark's busy docket, the Court declines to reconsider the May 20, 2026 Order. By June 30, 2026, the Court directs the parties to select a mediator from the list of Court-certified mediators under Local Civil Rule 301.1. The list of the Court-certified mediators is available on the District Court's website (https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/mediation). If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, they may each propose two candidates from the list of Court-certified mediators, and the Court will choose from among those candidates or a select a different Court-certified mediator. In the interim, and for docket management purposes only, the parties' motions for summary judgment, (D.E. Nos. 266 & 268 ), are ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED. So Ordered by Judge Esther Salas on 6/23/2026. (ek)
