TEXT ORDER : The Court understands that the Hon. Noel L. Hillman, appointed as the mediator in this action pursuant to this Court's August 4, 2026 Order, (D.E. No. 314 ), is no longer available to serve as the mediator in this case. Therefore, the Court directs the parties to select a different mediator from the list of Court-certified mediators under Local Civil Rule 301.1 by September 11, 2026. The list of Court-certified mediators is available on the District Court's website (https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/mediation). If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, they may each propose two candidates from the list of Court-certified mediators, and the Court will choose from among those candidates or a select a different Court-certified mediator.
