REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: For the foregoing reasons, I respectfully recommend that default judgment be granted against Defaulting Defendants and that Plaintiff be awarded: a. damages in the amount of $152,949.86; b. prejudgment interest at the annual rate of 5% from February 29, 2024 through the date that judgment is entered, to be calculated by the Clerk of Court; c. attorneys' fees in the amount of $15,160.00; d. costs in the amount of $825.00; e.and post judgment interest at the statutory rate.
