ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' status report 94 , advising the Court that all Defendants aside from two have been dismissed following settlement resolution, as well as requesting (1) 30 days to finalize to finalize the settlement discussions or provide a status report updating the Court on the status of settlement as to Defendant Kremers-Urban and (2) requesting a status conference or a status report as to Defendant Rowell. The parties are directed to file a joint status report by 8/24/2026, advising the Court of the status of settlement discussions and any additional case updates as to the remaining two Defendants. All other case deadlines remain temporarily stayed, sine die.
A telephonic Status Conference will be held on 8/26/2026 at 11:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Taryn A. Merkl. The parties are directed to call the dial-in number (571) 353-2301. The meeting ID is 362861721. The parties shall dial in five (5) minutes before the scheduled conference. Counsel for Plaintiff is directed to be prepared to discuss the status of Defendant Rowell. Additionally, the Court notes that Defendant Rowell does not appear to have had counsel enter an appearance in this matter. Plaintiff is respectfully directed to provide a copy of this scheduling order to counsel for Defendant Rowell, if Plaintiff is aware of such counsel. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Taryn A.
