Status Conference
MINUTES of Proceedings: Status Conference held. In Wilson v. Freeway Insurance (25-1869), the parties briefed the question of whether Plaintiff Chet Michael Wilson may certify a putative class in which to bring a TCPA claim. See 25-1869, ECF No. 19. The Court will hold Oral Argument on the Motion to Deny Class Certification on August 19, 2026, at 1:30pm. The Court joins the following cases, brought by Mr. Wilson, for purposes of class certification: 24-1855; 24-1956; 25-1703; 25-1741; 25-1869; 25-1870; 25-376; 25-855; 26-19; 26-344; 26-345; 26-666; 26-667; and 26-668. The Court's order on Defendant Freeway Insurance's (25-1869) Motion to Deny Class Certification, ECF No. 19 , will be dispositive as to class certification for all joined cases.
