MINUTE ORDER (In Chambers) Order DISMISSING First Amended Class Action Complaint Without Prejudice by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: On June 18, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Response to the Court's June 9, 2026 Order indicating he "does not presently intend to amend" the FAC. Dkt. 29 at 2. Hence, for the reasons stated in the June 9, 2026 Order, the Court finds it lacks subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining state law claims in the FAC. See Dkt. 28 at 2-3.
