ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is the Agreed Motion for Leave to Extend Mediation and Expert Designation Deadlines (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 14). Having carefully considered the Motion, the Court finds good cause to modify the scheduling order deadlines presented in the Motion. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4). The Motion is therefore GRANTED. These deadlines are modified as follows:
The deadline for mediation is on or before January 8, 2027.
The joint status report is due on or before January 15, 2027.
Plaintiff's deadline to disclose expert testimony is on or before January 22, 2027.
Defendants' deadline to disclose expert testimony is on or before February 19, 2027.
All other deadlines remain unchanged.
