MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 7/28/2026. On 7/15/2026 and 7/20/2026, this Court was notified that mail was returned undeliverable to Plaintiff. This Court attempted to locate Plaintiff by his inmate number and was unsuccessful. A pro se party must immediately file with the court any written notification of any change of mailing address, email address, fax number, or telephone number. Local Rule IA 3-1. Accordingly, Plaintiff must update his address by 8/27/2026. Failure to update his address will result in this Court's recommendation that Plaintiff's case be dismissed. Additionally, to allow Plaintiff time to update his address, this Court extends the deadline to either (1) file a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis in compliance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1) and LRS 1-1; or (2) pay the full $405 fee for a civil action to 9/1/2026.
