Notice of Scheduling Conference
Plaintiff is responsible for ensuring that all parties and/or their attorneys who have not filed an answer or appearance with the court are notified of the date of the scheduling conference.
SEE attached NOTICE of Scheduling Conference, with attached PROPOSED ORDER TEMPLATE. When filing the required Joint Statement, counsel must attach a second, separate, proposed scheduling order using the template attached to this Notice. A Word version of the proposed scheduling order should be emailed to gail_macdonald@mad.uscourts.gov. The Joint Statement and the attached separate Proposed Order are due 7 days before the scheduling conference.
