Order
ENDORSED ORDER advising the parties that because of the recent large influx of immigration cases, the Court's docket is delayed. Defendant Scott Balotin's motion to quash service of process and dismiss the complaint (Doc. 155) and the issue of whether to continue the stay of this case remain under advisement. Until the Court rules on those issues, it will not take up any of the subsequently filed motions. As appropriate at a later date, it will direct responses to those motions but while the case remains stayed, further motion practice is not warranted. Signed by Senior Judge Timothy J. Corrigan on 4/24/2026. (SRW)
Miscellaneous Relief
Second MOTION for Miscellaneous Relief, specifically DEFENDANT BALOTIN'S SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE REGARDING LOCAL RULE 3.01(g) RESPONSE by Scott M. Balotin. (Balotin, Scott)
