Order on Motion for Leave to Electronically File Document under Seal
ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiffs' 223 motion for leave to file certain documents under seal. Counsel is directed to file the to-be-sealed documents under seal as a separate entry using the correct ECF filing event. Instructions on filing sealed documents on ECF are located at www.nyed.uscourts.gov.
However, the Court notes that Plaintiff's motion did not comply with the Court's Individual Rule 1.B., which requires such motions to include "the document that is requested to be sealed/restricted/redacted" and, in the case of requested redactions, either "the unredacted and redacted versions of the document together," or "the unredacted version with the proposed redactions highlighted such that the text to be redacted is still visible." See Individual Rule 1.B. The Court again reminds the parties to follow this rule in future filings. (See 12/19/2024 Dkt. Order (reminding Plaintiffs of this rule); 1/24/2025 Dkt.
