Magistrate Judge M. Page Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. This court cannot rule on the pending motions for judgment on the pleadings and to dismiss, 24 , 25 , in the absence of the consent of the parties to proceeding before a United States Magistrate Judge for all purposes, including trial and entry of final judgment. See 28 U.S.C. s. 636(c). Consent to magistrate judge jurisdiction must be unanimous. It is entirely voluntary. A refusal of consent will not result in any adverse substantive consequences. In the absence of unanimous consent, the case will be reassigned to a United States District Judge, who may choose to rule on the motions or may refer them to this court for report and recommendation. Counsel are to confer and, by July 13, 2026, complete and file the form indicating unanimous consent to magistrate judge jurisdiction, or a lack of unanimous consent.
