Kuerschner's Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 154 ). These Defendants shall file a Response to Interpleader Defendant Stefanie A. Kuerschner's Motion to Stay Distribution of Interpleaded Life Insurance Proceeds (Doc. 146 ) by 8/21/2026, specifically addressing the questions presented by the Court in this Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to accept a Reply brief from Stefanie Kuerschner, which she may file by 8/31/2026, but that Reply brief shall not exceed 11 pages. ORDER granting 28 Stipulation of Dismissal. The claims against Defendant Circle K Stores, Inc., d/b/a Clean Freak Car Wash are dismissed, with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. Based on the voluntary dismissal (Doc. 29 ), Defendants Raymond Kane Gallardo and Carolina Gallardo are deemed to be dismissed without prejudice.
