ENDORSED Text of Order: The court's preliminary review of the pending motion to compel (Doc. No. 23 ) which is not yet ripe suggests substantial overlap with the issues raised in Defendants' motion to compel (Doc. No. 17 ). In consideration of the court's indicated inclinations at the July 23 hearing, the parties are ordered to meet and confer to attempt to resolve or narrow the scope of the pending dispute. If the dispute is resolved, the motion to compel should be withdrawn and if narrowed, the remaining issues should be identified in a joint submission no later than August 4, 2026. The deadline to file an objection to the motion to compel (Doc. No. 23 ) is accordingly extended to August 11, 2026. So Ordered by US Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone.(jwb)
