Appenteng: The Court has reviewed the 8/11/2026 joint status report 25 , which indicates that the parties are working to schedule one final deposition of defendant's representative. The Court thus expects fact discovery to close on 9/8/2026 as scheduled. The parties also state that "[a] summary judgment motion is not contemplated for the matter." Accordingly, plaintiff's expert disclosures, if any, are due by 10/8/2026. Depositions of plaintiff's experts shall be completed by 11/9/2026. Defendant's expert disclosures, if any, are due by 12/9/2026. Depositions of defendant's experts and all other expert discovery shall be completed by 1/8/2026. By 9/9/2026, the parties shall file a joint status report confirming the completion of fact discovery and setting forth what expert discovery has been completed, what expert discovery remains, and whether any expert discovery disputes require the Court's attention.
